The recently built dammusi reflect the ancient local style with lava stone blocks externally to thick walls insulated against atmospheric conditions. The park, which includes the dammusi and the swimming pools, is 2.5 hectares well planted with tropical vegetation. Its location less than 200 meters from the sea makes it unique for its splendid views. The park has private driveways exclusively for the service of the complex and two large wooden gazebos for the exclusive use of residents. The main pool also has a hydromassage area. The various dammusi included in the sale of the complex range from a studio flat to a living room/kitchen to two bedrooms and a living area. The largest of the dammusi accommodates up to 10 people. The interior furnishings are in a simple and very refined oriental style.
